DELAWARE - Delaware's Better Business Bureau has a road show explaining how susceptible people are to fraud.

This comes after Delaware had the fourth highest percentage of scamming complaints in the country last year. Maryland was sixth.

"What is happening is scammers are taking legitimate listings from existing rental and real estate organizations, and then they are using them by taking clip art of the pictures and putting them online and then giving totally bogus information about the organization that is renting it," said Delaware Better Business Bureau Director Jon Bell.

Bell said millennials are the number one demographic that are the victims of scammers, with online employment application information being the top contributor.
