DOVER, Del.- A Dover man was arrested with over 1,000 bags of heroin and two handguns, according to police.
Officers from the Dover Police Department were assisting Delaware Probation and Parole with a visit at 19-year-old Sencier Mansfield's home in the unit block of North Kirkwood Street in Dover.
Police said a search warrant led to the discovery of a 9mm and .40 caliber handgun. Authorities discovered the 9mm handgun was reported stolen to Delaware State Police Troop 3. Officers also located approximately 1,287 bags of heroin during the search, according to police.
As a result of the arrest, Mansfield was committed to SCI in default of $237,500 cash bond on the following offenses:
-Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony (2x)
-Possession of Ammunition by Person Prohibited (5x)
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited (2x)
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin
-Possession of Heroin
-Receiving Stolen Firearm
-Illegal Gang Participation
-Drug Paraphernalia
