DOVER, Del. - Dover Police officers arrested two people Tuesday after they said they witnessed them selling drugs.
Police said they were conducting surveillance in the area of Walker Road and Ann Avenue when they saw 23-year-old Jordan Carter and 22-year-old Jhashawn Landry conduct a drug transaction.
Dover PD said they left the area, and conducted a second drug transaction before they were ultimately arrested.
Both men were found to be in possession of 20 grams of crack cocaine, 4.9 grams of marijuana, and one dose of ecstasy, according to police.
They were both charged on similar drug-related offenses.
