WEST OCEAN CITY, Md.- Federal and local law enforcement agencies on Thursday morning served search warrants on two homes in a West Ocean City neighborhood.

Details are scanty right now but the Worcester County Sheriff's Office said it, along with the Department of Homeland Security and the Ocean City Police Department are working together on an investigation.

The investigation culminated with the serving of warrants on two homes on Whisper Trace Drive in the Oyster Harbor development.

Video of the raid taken by a nearby resident showed SWAT officers arriving on the scene and banging on the doors of the homes. Numerous unmarked police cars could also be seen nearby.

The Worcester County Sheriff's Office confirmed that Thursday's raids occurred at the same homes that were raided in May 2013 and led to the arrests of two brothers, Basel and Samir Ramadan, on multiple charges, including enterprise corruption, money laundering, and numerous tax crimes.

Online court documents show that both Basel and Samir Ramadan were charged Thursday on fugitive from justice warrants from New York. Both men were ordered held without bond pending bail bond hearings Friday morning in Worcester County District Court.

Additional information is expected to come from Homeland Security.
