PAINTER, Va.- The Accomack County Sheriff's Office has launched a homicide investigation after two people were found shot to death in Painter.
Sheriff Todd Wessells said that at around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, his office received a report of two people missing from a home on Coal Kiln Road in Painter. The sheriff's office received a report that a white
BMW driven by the missing pair was located on Doughty Farm Road in Painter.
When deputies arrived on the scene they discovered the bodies of two people with apparent gunshot wounds. Their bodies were transported to the medical examiner’s office in Norfolk for an autopsy.
The male victim was identified as 37-year-old Princeton Howard Bragg, of Painter. The female victim's identity is pending results from the medical
examiner’s office.
