FENWICK ISLAND, DE - DELDOT announced the closure of Island Street between Delaware Avenue and Lighthouse Road.
DELDOT says the closure will start tomorrow, Feb. 21 and last through March 1 (weather permitting). Officials say the closure will allow for construction for drainage improvements.
DELDOT asks drivers to follow posted detours and slow down in work zones.
