Speed Camera Tickets Could Be Proportional To Your Speed Under Proposed MD Law

The senate bill would make fines proportional to how fast you're driving over the speed limit. Currently, a driver going 15 miles over the speed limit would receive the same $40 fine that a driver going 45 miles over the speed limit.
