Thunder Over Dover Returns as City of Dover Faces COVID Outbreak

The Air Force Thunderbirds and the Navy Blue Angels will take part in Thunder Over Dover this weekend. The event was shelved for two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. An outbreak among city staff forced Dover Mayor to close city buildings.
