HARRINGTON, DE– Authorities in Delaware were searching for an escaped offender after Delaware's Department of Correction (DOC) says he willfully left a work group Tuesday.
The DOC says 33-year-old Clifford David, of Greenwood, was on a work crew detail away from the Sussex Community Corrections Center when he walked away on Sept. 24. The crew was working in Harrington at the time, according to the DOC.
On September 25th, the DOC says Delaware State Police apprehended David in Laurel.
