SERIOUS CRASH GENERIC

STOCKTON, MD - The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office announced the closure of a road in Stockton following an accident involving a tractor trailer on Monday.

Details are currently limited, but police say Holly Swamp Road between Stockton Road and Redden Road was temporarily closed on April 7 due to a tractor trailer in the roadway. 

Drivers were asked to avoid the area and stay tuned for updates from officials.

As of 4:45 p.m., the Worcester County Sheriff's Office says the roadway had been reopened.
