Delmarva Mourns Loss of Colin Powell
Locals are mourning the loss of trailblazer Colin Powell. Powell was the first Black U.S. Secretary of State and also served as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. In a statement his family said Powell died from COVID-19 complications. Nona Harmon says she remembers Powell for more than the prestigious job he had.
