Worcester County Voting to Reject an Increase in Mileage and Hourly Pay for Contracted School Bus Drivers

Drivers of school buses in Worcester County are contracted, meaning they drive their own buses. One contractor says fuel and maintenance cost is highest now. County Commissioners voted against a dollar increase in driver pay and a three cent increase in per-mile allotment.
