DELMARVA - Though the rain is now mostly over, much of Delmarva continues to navigate the flooding brought on by Sunday’s overnight downpours.
From Kent County, Delaware to Accomack County, Virginia, neighbors across the peninsula were greeted Monday morning by flooded yards and roads, making for a particularly hazardous commute in areas. Numerous school closures and delays were reported, with numerous viewers sending in their photos of the floods.

Topping the list of recorded rainfall as of 11 a.m. Monday was Parsonsburg, MD, with towns in Delaware and Virginia not far behind. Below is a list of rain totals over 5” from across the area:
