OCEAN CITY, Md. -- Motley Crue had to withdraw from Boardwalk Rock, as did the band's replacement, Alice In Chains. However, local officials and business owners are remaining optimistic, citing the number of big-ticket names still expected to perform. 

The Country Calling music festival had its first day on Friday, with town officials expecting roughly 55,000 people to visit the town for the weekend. 

Ocean City puts it's finishing touches on festival grounds as Oceans Calling begins Friday at noon.

The Town of Ocean City has announced new dates for their 2025 Springfest and Cruisin Ocean City annual events.

Springfest is back in Ocean City. The festival begins May 2nd at 10 a.m. through Sunday May 5th at 6 p.m. 

The town of Ocean City says it is preparing for an increase in tourism over the 2024 summer season.
