DOVER, Del. - Dover Police are conducting a death investigation after they say a body was found in a McDonald's parking lot Wednesday morning.
Police said they responded to the McDonald's on Route 8 in Dover just before 10 a.m. Police said they found a 48-year-old man dead in the parking lot. Police said it appeared that the man died from an overdose and no foul play is suspected.
The man has not been identified.
Police said the man's body was taken to the Delaware Medical Examiner's office for examination.
