GEORGETOWN, Del. – Georgetown is celebrating National Night Out this August with free food, youth events, and demonstrations from police and emergency exhibits and more.
Put on by the Georgetown CommUNITY, a coalition of people, organizations, and neighborhoods dedicated to sponsoring projects that help us find common ground, National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes strong police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live and work.
This year National Night will be from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2021, at the the Richard Allen School, 316 South Railroad Ave.
