SYNOPSIS: Chilly air will linger over Delmarva tonight, but milder air will return tomorrow and Saturday. Strong winds and heavy rain are coming late Sunday.

Tonight: Clear and still cold. Low 32° Wind: W 3-9 mph.
Friday: Mostly Sunny, and not as chilly. High 57°. Wind: S 4-12 mph.
Friday Night: Clear and not as cold. Low 37° Wind: S 4-11 mph.
Saturday: Mostly Sunny, and warmer. High 59-60°. Wind: SW 7-16 mph.
Forecast Discussion:
We have another cold night on the way, with some clouds and a north wind. Look for temps. near 32 degrees by sunrise. Winds will diminish tonight but there will be a light west breeze all night.
Friday looks mostly sunny, and it will be milder as a south wind returns ahead of an approaching cold front. We should see afternoon temps. near 57 degrees with a southerly wind at 6-11 mph. It will be chilly Friday night but we should be well above freezing with a light south wind at 3-9 mph as a low-pressure trough and cold front slowly approaches the region.
Saturday looks mostly sunny, and it will be milder still as a south wind increases some ahead of an approaching cold front. We should see afternoon temps. near 59-60 degrees with a southerly wind at 8-16 mph. It will be cool Saturday night and low temps. will be in the mid-40s. Winds will increase late Saturday night on area waters.
In the long -range: Winds will increase Sunday as a strong storm system approaches the area. Wind gusts to over 30 mph are likely with clouds increasing in the afternoon. Look for temps. in the mid 60's through the afternoon hours. A cold front will pass Sunday night, with a good soaking of rain, and winds may gust to over 40 mph with gusts over 45 mph near open water.
Rainfall Sunday night will be over an inch in most spots. Skies clear Monday, with temps. back to near 48°in in the afternoon on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Lows will dip to the upper 20's Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
The average low for mid-November is 34°, with a high temp. of 52°.
