All Hallows Eve: Spotty light showers in southern areas. Rain amounts under 0.1 inches. Clearing after 2 AM. Very chilly. Low 39° Wind: NW 3-10 mph.
Wednesday (All Saints Day): Windy and very cool, with clear skies. High 51-52°. Wind: NW 13-24 mph.
Wednesday Night: Clear and cold with a freeze or frost likely. Low 30-32° Wind: NW 5-12 mph.
Thursday: Sunny, and still chilly. High 52-54°. Wind: NW 2-6 mph.
Forecast Discussion:
A colder night is on the way, and this All Hallows eve will be wet at times for the wandering goblins over southern parts of Delmarva. Winds will be from the north at 6-10 mph during the evening with temps. falling into the upper 40's. Skies will clear late with lows temps. at 37-39° by daybreak.
Sunshine returns on Wednesday, but it will stay quite cool with a gusty north wind. Afternoon temperatures will only reach the low 50's both inland and on the coast. Wednesday night will be very chilly with low temps. near sunrise near 29-31 degrees. A Freeze Watch is posted for all of Delmava.
Thursday looks sunny, and it will stay quite chilly as a dry and chilly Canadian air mass covers the entire region. Winds will be from the north at 6-11 mph during the day. Afternoon temperatures will reach only to 52°.
In the long range: Friday will start with frost but afternoon temps. will be near 62 degrees. Saturday and Sunday will be milder, with clouds increasing a little on Sunday. High temps. will reach the mid 60's over the weekend with lows in the low to mid 40's. It will stay dry, with mild weather into Monday, but some showers are possible as a cool front passes Tuesday. Look for high temps. in the 60's Monday/Tuesday. Colder air will return by next Wednesday.
