BERLIN, Md. - Police in Berlin are investigating the death of a man, found with a head injury, who later succumbed to his injuries.
The Berlin Police Department say they, along with Berlin EMS, responded to a call at the Bay Terrace Apartments regarding a man with a head injury.
Berlin EMS transported the man to Pennisula Regional Medical Center for treatment where he underwent several surgeries throughout the week, but later died from his injuries.
As a result of his death, the Worcester County Bureau of Investigation was contacted and took over the investigation.
