Planning Commission Votes to Recommend Approval for Osprey Point Development

The Sussex County Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday evening unanimously voted to recommend approval on a controversial housing development. Three commissioners approved the proposal, two years after an application was originally filed on a downsized version of the Osprey Point housing development in Rehoboth Beach. Two commissioners did not vote.
