Police Search for Suspects Involved in 4 Delaware Robberies

Suspect Number 1

DOVER, Del.- Delaware State Police Troop 2 Robbery unit detectives are continuing to investigate a series of armed robberies that occurred in New Castle County last month. 

In each of the robberies, the two suspects would enter the targeted establishment and confront the victim employees. The suspects would then flee from the business in an unknown direction once the property they wanted was obtained. 

Officers have linked the pair of suspects to the following robberies: 

1. Exxon - 261 N. DuPoint Hwy., New Castle, Sunday, March. 8, 2015 at 11.49 a.m. (Suspect #1 only) 

2. BP - 2360 Pulaski Hwy., Newark, Sunday, March, 8, 2015 at 7:23 p.m. (Both suspects) 

3. BP - 2369 Pulaski Hwy., Newark, Saturday March, 14, 2015 at 8:25 a.m. (Both suspects) 

4. Shell- 299 Christiana Rd., Newark, Saturday, March, 14, 2015 at 11:09 a.m. (Suspect #1 only)

The first suspect (pictured in the lighter colored cap), who was armed with either a handgun or a knife would demand money and cigarettes from the employee, while the second suspect acted as a lookout. There have been no reported injuries in any of the robberies. 

The first suspect, who participated in all four robberies, is describes as a black male, 45-55 years of age. He is between 6-foot-tall and 6-foot-3, with an average build and medium complexion. 

The second suspect, who participated in two of the four robberies, is described as a black male, 6-foot-tall, with a dark complexion, and a thin build. There is no further physical or clothing description of the suspects.
