BETHANY BEACH, De-- A search for a missing woman is underway in in Sussex County. 70-year-old Linda Lee Bravo of Bethany Beach was last seen by friends last Thursday.

It's been 8 days and still no sign of Bravo. The search has now moved South towards Fenwick Island.

"Now we're just thinking that she's a missing person, maybe an accident, we are not really sure. We have checked, we have taken the helicopter all around here." says Captain Darin Cathell with the Bethany Police Department.

Despite investigators extensive search both on foot and in the sky, there's still no trace of Bravo.

Fenwick Island Police Department is now assisting in the investigation.

"Tomorrow, there will be a group that's going to go into Fenwick Island. They're going to walk to Fenwick Island, mainly to look for residence or business cameras."

Police are hoping to use that surveillance camera, to help them figure out where Bravo could've been heading and her location.

The police department is asking for the public's help. If you have a camera along Route 1 and you think you may have spotted Bravo or her car last week, you're asked to contact the Bethany Police Department at (302) 539-1000.
