OCEAN CITY, Md. - Officials with the Ocean City Air Show say two new performers have been added to the line up for next month's show.
Officials say the U.S. Coast Guard will provide a demonstration of their Search and Rescue capabilities and another high performance demo of a L-39 Albatross Cold War era jet was also added to the line-up. The MH-65 Dolphine helicopter from USCG Air Station Atlantic City will demonstrate the search and rescue mission, air show officials say. Labriola, who has been featured on an episode of Airplane Repo on the Discovery Channel, will fly his L-39 Turbojet, which was made in Czechoslovakia.
The OC Air Show runs June 13 and 14 over the beach in Ocean City.
The Coast Guard will be the third branch of the U.S. Military to be a part of the air show, officials say, joining the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and the U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor.
"We continue to strengthen the best performer line up in OC Air Show history by adding a diversity of military and civilian acts to demonstrate the many facets of aviation." said Bryan Lilley, president of the OC Air Show.
