UPDATE: Autopsy, Police Body Cam Video Released to Media; State's Attorney Says No Grand Jury

Caroline County State's Attorney, Joseph Riley, released a statement late Thursday afternoon, regarding the autopsy results of 19 year-old Greensboro man, Anton Black.In the statement, Riley also gave permission to the Greensboro Police Department to release the police body cam footage. Greensboro Police Department has sent the video to WBOC.
