Attention Comcast customers in Kent County, Del.: starting Feb. 27, WBOC and FOX21 basic cable channels are moving. In Kent County, Del., only, WBOC will move to Channel 16 and FOX21 will be on Channel 15. Our HD channels will remain the same. So WBOC will be on Channels 16 and 800 and FOX21 will be on Channels 15 and 809.
