FRANKFORD, Del. - Police are asking for the public's help in finding three stolen dogs and the suspect responsible.
Frankford police say three American Bully dogs, Kilo, Kuate, and Kaly, were stolen from their owner's yard on Honolulu Road sometime Wednesday night (Sept. 6).
