Bruce Beyer Laurel Arrest

LAUREL, DE - The Laurel Police Department has announced the arrest of a man on drug charges following a suspicious person investigation on Monday.

On December 18th, just after 8 p.m., police say a patrolman encountered a suspicious person at the Hollybrook Apartments on Grazing Court. The officer discovered the man was wanted for violation of probation, according to police, and was arrested. He was identified as Bruce M Beyer, 35, of Laurel.

According to police, Beyer was also found to be in possession of heroin and drug related paraphernalia during the arrest. He has been charged with the following before being released on $3,500 unsecured bail:

-Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin (Class D Felony)

-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class B Misdemeanor)
