EASTON, Md.- The Chesapeake Multicultural Resource Center is now up and running at its new home in Easton.
"We are so excited to be part of this neighborhood," says Lorelly Solano, advancement manager at the center.
Solano says the $595,000 investment was necessary to cover the increasing demand for services from the growing immigrant community.
"In this new location, we will be able to better accommodate the needs of our clients." she adds.
Solano says the move was possible thanks to the help of volunteers and community members.
The center is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. offering services for immigrants.
