CRISFIELD, Md. - Crisfield Police say a 34-year-old man from Princess Anne was arrested twice in one night, both times at Elks Lodge in Crisfield.
Police say at 9:30 Friday evening, they arrested Andre Schoolfield for assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. They say he went before a district court commissioner and was released on personal recognizance.
Crisfield police say once Schoolfield was released, he went back to the same place and began causing issues again. They say police went back around 1:45 a.m., and a handgun fell out of Schoolfield's waistband. They say they took the handgun and arrested him again.

He was charged with handgun on person, firearm possession with a felony conviction, knowingly altering firearm ID number, and multiple other hand-gun related offenses.
Schoolfield is being held pending a court appearance.
