SUSSEX CO., Del. - Delaware State Police worked in conjunction with multiple nearby Drug and Task Force units to conclude a three month long drug trafficking investigation that resulted in multiple arrests.
Police say the investigation ended on Feb. 26, when 33-year-old James M. Frazier from Cambridge, Maryland was taken into custody by the DSP SORT Team. Frazier was arrested in the Dover, Delaware area after a search warrant was executed on his vehicle.
As a result of the search, 37-year-old Trivette A. Jackson was also taken into custody without incident. She was arrested on multiple Possession charges and one charge of Conspiracy.
According to police, Frazier was arrested on multiple Possession charges, one charge of Receiving a Stolen Firearm and three counts of Conspiracy.
DSP says that four other search warrants were executed in Sussex County as a part of the ongoing drug investigation. As a result of those searches the following items were seized:

- 453.5 grams of Methamphetamine
- 261.23 grams of Cocaine
- 68.78 grams of Crack cocaine
- 42.82 grams of Heroin
- 19,549.82 grams of marijuana
- Over $78,000 in suspected drug proceeds
- 4 firearms including:
- Smith and Wesson .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol (reported stolen out of Kentucky)
- Ruger .357 revolver
- Smith and Wesson .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol (reported stolen out of Troop 7)
- Beretta .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol
Police say one of the searches in Sussex County lead to the arrest of 25-year-old Donisha Holland of Seaford. Holland was taken into custody without incident when her three children were present. Holland was arrested on multiple possession charges, one count of Receiving a Stolen Firearm, one count of Conspiracy and three counts of Endangering Welfare of a Child.
Holland and Frazier are being held on cash only bond. Jackson was released on unsecured bond.
Active warrants are out for 49-year-old Reginald L. Sample, of Seaford who is wanted on multiple possession charges, one count of Receiving a Stolen Firearm and one count of Conspiracy.
