SALISBURY, Md.- A bucket van went up in flames Thursday morning while crews were doing work on the roof of Salisbury Super Pet in the Twilley Shopping Centre in Salisbury.

Workers were on top of the building bringing some items down ahead of inclement weather when the van caught on fire, according to Salisbury Assistant Fire Chief Bryan Records. He said firefighters arrived within minutes and got the fire under control before it could spread to the building.

The van was a total loss. The only other damage was to one of Salisbury Super Pet's rear signs.

There were no reported injuries and all of the animals inside the building are safe, according to Records. The fire remains under investigation.
