Four days since the tornado, donations to the GoFundMe surpassed the $100,000 goal. There are also tables full of supplies that now fill the rec room in Ewell.

Essential items and donations are being sent over to Smith Island after an F-1 tornado hit Rhodes Point and Ewell on Thursday, August 4th. So far, the GoFundMe page has raised over $100,000, and people have sent water bottles, trash bags, clothes, and more to help out the locals.
