SEAFORD, Del. - Police are searching for the suspect pictured in a theft incident at Lowe's.
The Seaford Police Department posted the above photo of the suspect allegedly involved in the theft. The image shows an African-American man wearing a blue, long-sleeved collar shirt, and a gray beanie.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Seaford Police Department.
