SOUTH BETHANY, DE.- South Bethany has become the latest Sussex County town to put restrictions on marijuana.
On Friday, town officials voted to pass an ordinance that would ban the license of marijuana establishments along with the cultivation, manufacturing, testing, and sale of the drug.
