Delmar Speeding

DELMAR, DE/MD - The Town of Delmar has announced changes to speed limits coming to three separate roads this week.

According to the Town, Line Road, Old Stage, and Stage Road will see reductions of speed limits from 50 mph to 35 mph the week of October 23rd. 

The Town says the reductions will begin on Old Stage Road in Delaware from Marsha St and continue onto Stage Road in Maryland, ending at Ocean Hwy/Rt 13. Another reduction is planned on Line Road from Robin Hood Road to Sussex Hwy/Rt 13.

As WBOC’s Hunter Landon reported in July, Delmar was awaiting state approval to implement some of the reductions..
