Dover, DE - Delaware State Police arrested 38-year-old Brandon Holland, and 43-year-old Edward Jobes. Both Dover men are facing 2nd degree murder charges. Holland is also charged with criminal contempt.
Police report finding 77-year old Lynda Carson-Fizer’s body during a welfare check at a home on Wyoming Mill Road, Dover on March 20th. Investigators believe Holland assaulted her and the pair then left the scene, leaving the victim with no means to seek aid.
Both men were arraigned and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution Holland held on a $1,001,000 cash bond. Jobes has a $1,000,000 cash bond.
