DOVER, DE - The Dover Police Department have arrested a man in connection to a shooting that damaged several homes last week.

Police say they arrived on Willis Road just after midnight Wednesday morning on reports of a house being shot. Upon arrival, officers saw damage to the house indicating the home had been struck by gunfire. Further investigation revealed several other homes had been shot in the area during a shooting incident. 

No injuries were reported in the shooting. 

Police say the incident happened somewhere between 6:50 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tuesday night, September 19th.

On Tuesday, September 26th, Dover Police arrested Rayquian Horsey, 23, of Dover in connection with the shooting. Horsey was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $22,000 secured bail and charged with the following:

-Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony

-Conspiracy Second Degree
