as 3 below expected. For the Wind Advisory, north winds 20 to 30
mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Inland Worcester, Maryland Beaches, Somerset, and Wicomico
Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, second Cold Weather
Advisory, and third Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST Sunday.
For the Wind Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 4 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The
cold wind chills as low as zero could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
