Sunday: Increasing clouds. A shower or thunderstorm late. Highs in the upper 80s. Chance of rain 30 percent.
Monday: Mostly cloudy. Scattered showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain. Highs in the mid 80s. Chance of rain 80 percent.
Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with some showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the mid 80s. Chance of rain 60 percent.
Wednesday: Partly cloudy with some showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the mid to upper 80s. Chance of rain 50 percent.

High pressure is in charge and will bring some pleasant and typical summer-like weather to Delmarva as we close out July and welcome in August.
With the high continuing to build in, expect skies to turn mostly clear Friday night as temperatures fall to the mid to upper 60s.
We'll have lots of sunshine on Saturday with a breeze from the south that could get a little gusty at times in the afternoon, especially at the coast. But otherwise, temperatures will be typical for mid-summer, climbing to the upper 80s, with some low 90s not out of the question in places inland where the breeze won't be quite as strong.
A low pressure system will begin to approach the Mid-Atlantic on Sunday, but rain will hold off until late in the day. Out ahead of the low, clouds will increase during the day, with a few showers and thunderstorms possible Sunday evening.
Low pressure and a cold front arrive Monday. At this point, we're expecting Monday to be the wettest day of the week, with scattered showers and thunderstorms. With lots of moisture available in the atmosphere, these thunderstorms could be efficient rain-makers, and given recent heavy rain, localized flooding could be the showcase threat with these storms.
Unsettled weather with scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue through the middle of next week.
