CAMDEN, Del. (AP) - The former Kent County SPCA has a new name.

The group is now the First State Animal Center and SPCA.

Adoption counselor Lynn Brey says that the new name reflects the organization's mission to serve the whole state.

The organization also has a new logo that in addition to a dog and cat includes a horse, rabbit and birds.

There's also a new web address: www.fsac-spca.org.
