OCEAN CITY, Md.- A man was arrested after he exposed himself on the boardwalk, peed on a car and threw his own feces at others, according to the Ocean City Police Department.
Police said 23-year-old Kyle Smith, of Pennsylvania, was on the 5th Street boardwalk when officers heard him yelling at people and deliberately displaying himself to others.
Witnesses told police Smith had defecated and began throwing feces at people walking on the sidewalk, according to Ocean City Police. Charging documents said reports that Smith urinated on a car were also confirmed after his arrest.
Police said Smith was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace and indecent exposure.
Charging documents said Smith is scheduled to appear in court in October in Worcester County.
