DELAWARE - The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) has released a list of road closures in both Kent and Sussex Counties Wednesday morning as Delmarva wakes up to the mess created by Tuesday night's coastal storm.
As of about 6:30 a.m. on January 10th, DelDOT says the following roads were closed due to either flooding or downed trees:
Kent County:
- Lexington Mill Road at McGinnis Pond Rd
- South Market in Frederica
- West St at Park Brown Rd
- Hills Market Rd at Sportsman Rd
Sussex County:
- Horsey Church Rd between Sharptown Rd & Chandler Rd
- Woodland Ferry Rd between Ellis Mill Rd & Bowman Rd
- Woodland Rd between Woodland Ferry Rd & Lonesome Rd
- Steiner Rd between Hollis Rd to Lewes Georgetown Hwy
- Betts Pond Rd
- Hollyville Rd between Hurdle Ditch Rd to Zoar Rd
