OCEAN CITY, Md. -- Electric bicycles and scooters are becoming increasingly popular in coastal communities, largely because they offer a cheap and convenient way to get around town. However, they can also pose a real danger, especially if they're not used correctly. 

State police are investigating a deadly crash that took the life of a young man riding an electric scooter.

SALISBURY -- At their meeting last night, the Salisbury City Council said they cannot add or create laws regarding the rentable scooters found around the city.
