Road safety is the focus tonight at a public workshop hosted by the Dover Kent Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Little Creek residents. The event is designed to gather feedback on how to improve road conditions and connectivity for both drivers and pedestrians.

With a winter storm forecasted for Virginia's Eastern Shore late Friday night into Saturday morning, state and county leaders are gearing up for the wintry weather. 

While the snow portion of Monday's winter storm is over, the bitter cold has settled in over many towns across Delmarva. Some neighbors WBOC spoke with in Laurel Tuesday were working to return to their typical, daily routines. 

DELAWARE- Monday and Tuesday's snowmen are still hanging in there, but tomorrow they could get a fresh makeover. 

Somerset County Public Schools have announced their closure for a virtual day tomorrow due to ongoing flooding and hazardous road conditions caused by last night’s storm.
