A city-commissioned investigation has found no evidence that Rehoboth Beach police engaged in misconduct or acted with racial motivation while responding to a large gathering in May.

A group of community organizers is hoping a new weekly farmers market can bring more than fresh produce to Downtown Dover. They say it can help restore confidence in the city's historic center.
