The Delaware State Police say they are investigating after a man was struck and killed by a car in Laurel on Saturday, August 15. 

Delaware State Police say they arrested a 60-year-old motorcyclist after he crashed into an SUV last night.

The Seaford Police Department has announced the arrest of a 17-year-old in connection to a stolen vehicle crash on Tuesday night.

The Delaware State Police continue to investigate a three-vehicle crash over the weekend that claimed the life of a 43-year-old woman.

The Delmar Fire Department was on the scene of a crash involving a car and a tractor trailer on Wednesday. 

Around 10:10 p.m. on December 2, police say a Toyota 4Runner was traveling in the right lane of Sussex Highway south of Brickyard Road. A pedestrian who was wearing dark clothing and not carrying a flashlight was attempting to cross Sussex Highway southbound from the center median at the same time. The pedestrian crossed in the path of the Toyota and was struck in the right lane.

Delaware State Police have released details on a crash involving a tractor trailer transporting a crane in Bridgeville on Monday afternoon.

The Fire Marshal's Office says shortly after 9:30 p.m. on November 15, the Laurel Fire Department and other assisting mutual aid fire companies arrived on scene in the 32000 block of Sussex Highway. There they found a single family home with fire and smoke showing. The home was occupied at the time of the fire, but firefighters were able to enter the home and remove an unresponsive man. Firefighters and EMS immediately began performing life saving measures before transporting the man to an area hospital. He is currently in critical condition.

DSP say the driver in the deadly single car crash on Nov. 13 in Delmar, DE was 30-year-old Jeremy Mitchell from Georgetown.

Seaford Police say federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers requested their assistance with an arrest on Thursday.
