After completing the investigation and reviewing all available evidence, the AG's office determined that the officers involved did not commit a crime under Maryland law and therefore charges will not be brought against them.

Troopers say they responded to the area of southbound Route 1 and exit 119 around 5:40 a.m. on March 10 for reports of a shooting.

Through the course of an investigation, detectives say they identified 21-year-old Deandre Rogers as the suspect in the shooting. An arrest warrant was issued for Rogers' arrest. On February 25, the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force and members of the Salisbury Police Department arrested Rogers.

Investigators determined the shooting on Bradley Drive was an isolated incident between two individuals, with no injuries reported and no ongoing threat to the public.

Police say they were called to the scene on South New Street just after 7 p.m. that evening. There they found a vehicle and a home had both been struck by gunfire. The investigation revealed that two victims were sitting in a vehicle when they were shot at by unknown suspects. One of the victims then left the vehicle and ran away.

Police arrested one person and are seeking another in connection with a shooting on Stevenson Drive Sunday night. Investigators say an RG14 .22 Caliber revolver found in the 100 block of Willis Drive could be connected to the shooting.

Dover Police are investigating a shots-fired incident which damaged a home on West Reed Street Wednesday night.

The Worcester County Sheriff's Office and the Pocomoke City Police Department are investigating a shooting that occurred at a convenience store on Sunday. 

The Delaware State Police are investigating an early morning shooting that occurred in Sussex County on Saturday.
